GOAL Day Information

Goal Day: SATURDAY, January 21, 2023. 9:00am-12:45pm – Trojan Field House above concession stand

Players and families attend as follows:

-9:00am-9:45am JV Boys – Bring Black uniform top & 2 6-packs of 16.9oz Coke**

-10:00am-10:45am Varsity Boys – Bring Black uniform top & 2 8-packs of 20oz Red Powerade**

-11:00am-11:45am JV Girls – Bring Black uniform top & 1 case (24) 16.9oz Dasani Water**

-12:00pm-12:45pm Varsity Girls – Bring Black uniform top & 2 8-packs 20oz Blue Powerade**

**MUST BE THESE BRANDS, SIZES, AND FLAVORS

At this event you will have the opportunity to:

– Meet the coaches! Learn about this season’s goals and expectations.

– Pick up Fundraising booklets! Each player will receive 12 cards.

– Sign up to volunteer 

– Purchase SPIRIT Wear

– Pay dues

– Drop off drink donations

Each LHS Soccer player will receive the following:

These items players KEEP:

  • 1 long sleeve practice top
  • 2 short sleeve practice tops
  • 1 Hoodie (black)
  • 1 pair of sweatpants (black)
  • Game socks

These items are to be returned at end of season:

  • Uniforms – 2 games jerseys, 2 shorts, 1 pullover and bag.

– Pictures:

Head shots will be taken of all players. Black Jerseys.

SENIORS – bring entire black uniform. Banner pictures will be taken. 

Make up pictures will be Wednesday, January 25.  

– Dues:

Payment is currently due. Please go to the website to provide payment of $665 ($425 team dues and $240 for 12 fundraiser cards).

  • Payment for membership dues are to be paid at – https://square.link/u/EFdFlQT6 or you can pay by check/cash on GOAL Day. 
  • Since you are pre-paying for the cards. Each player can sell 12 fundraiser cards at $20 each and keep the money. Sell all 12 and you would get back $240.

Please fill out google form, if you haven’t already, to provide player and parent information: https://forms.gle/7DWsWfrYBddht7dq7. This allows for you to receive all Lassiter Soccer information.

 Volunteers: 

WE NEED YOU! We are currently looking for committee heads and volunteers to help with the following areas:

  • Concessions– Each player’s family is required to work CONCESSIONS a minimum of ONE game. There will be a sign up sheet at GOAL Day and set up on https://www.lassitersoccer.org. Board Lead Dena Loadwick, Committee Lead NEEDED/Assistant Mirna Lee
  • Ball Kids – This is a great way to keep siblings busy during games. Sign them up via sign up genius on https://www.lassitersoccer.org under VOLUNTEERS. – Board Lead Lynette Helms, Committee Lead Nicole Crosier, Need JV Home game vounteer
  • Home game programs – Board Lead Dena Loadwick – Need Committee lead & volunteers
  • End of season team banquet – Board Lead Luci Kluth – Need a co-chair with Luci and volunteers
  • Game Announcers – Board Lead Joni Puckett – Committee Chair John Puckett. Need volunteers for All Varsity and JV Home games. 
  • Cobb County Cup (Saturday 2/11 at LHS) Board Lead Ned Stoll Need Chair and volunteers. 
  • Senior Week Committee – Board Lead Lynette Helms Need committee lead and volunteers
  • Memory Book – Board Lead Jennifer Hungerbuhler – Girls Varsity Lead Tracey Huie, Need Boys Varsity, JV boys and JV girls lead. 
  • Driveway Painting – Board Lead Lynette Helms, Need committee lead and volunteers to perform task.

– Spiritwear:

– Game Tickets:
